The OCCHIO DI BUE TART is a delight to behold and to savour. The shape is similar to the classic “Occhi di bue” biscuits (jam sandwich biscuits), from which it takes its name, but in a novel supersized version. Two rounds of fragrant, crumbly and soft shortcrust pastry, filled with apricot or pistachio. An attractive dessert, perfect to serve up with a steaming cup of tea or coffee.
